About Capri

Capri Swanson discovered her passion for real estate early on, growing up with parents who owned and renovated investment properties—and made her part of the process. Those hands-on experiences gave her a discerning eye for both potential problems and opportunities for financial gain.

After studying Graphic Design at Pittsburg State University, Capri purchased her first home in 1999 and realized her true calling: helping others find their dream homes and smart investments. Since then, she has built a reputation in the Kansas City Metro as a trusted, creative problem solver and strong negotiator. Capri has guided more than 350 families through the buying and selling process. Her commitment to her clients goes beyond transactions. Capri believes in educating buyers so they can make informed, confident decisions. As a seller’s agent, she brings her design background and critical eye to ensure every home is beautifully staged and positioned to achieve top value.
